GB32 - Artists

Cover GB32 was for the 'Artists' stamp issue of 7th December 1999 and we asked Barry Hawkins to produce a suitable illustration. He chose Picasso's 'Still Life with a Black Head', slightly altered to accommodate the stamps, which resulted in our most colourful cover ever. 120 were produced at £10 each, all but a handful going to GBFDC members for £7.50 each.
