GB22 - Settler's Tale

GB22, the 'SETTLERS TALE' stamp issue of 6th April 1999 included a stamp commemorating the Pilgrim Fathers journey to America around Christmas time 1620. Knowing that there were many settlers before then we decided to go back a bit further, and the insert card lists settlers from long before that date. The map on the cover is dated 1570 and the Pilgrims would have taken one like it on their voyage. It was an issue of 150 at £7, for sale to association members as always.
